I. OBJETIVOS:
? Estudiar la estructura de las primeras novelas;
? Motivar la lectura critica de varias novelas del siglo dieciocho, y
? Entregar parametros literarios y socio-historicos, con el fin de comprender las
fuentes secundarias contemporaneas a las obras y actuales.
II. CONTENIDOS:
Austen Jane. Pride and Prejudice
Defoe, Daniel. Moll Flanders
Sterne, Lawrence. Tristam Shandy
Radcliffe, Ann. The Mysteries of Udolpho
III. METODOLOGIA:
La mayoria de las clases se centraran en la discusion por parte de los alumnos. Sin
embargo, habra ocasiones en que el profesor hara la exposion y otras en que los alumnos
presentaran informes basados en las teorias recientes sobre la novela.
