DESCRIPCION El curso estudia la naturaleza, caracteristicas y funciones de las diversas organizaciones internacionales, tanto intergubernamentales como no gubernamentales. Entre las tematicas de analisis se consideran: el impacto que las organizaciones tienen en la vida internacional; el rol e influencia de las organizaciones internacionales; y el debate teorico sobre estructura v/s agencia que ha estado presente en la disciplina. El curso, ademas, revisa una serie de estudios de casos, para profundizar en topicos sobre la naturaleza del trabajo y las caracteristicas de las organizaciones internacionales de acuerdo a las areas de atencion, principalmente: seguridad, comercio, finanzas, desarrollo economico y trabajo humanitario. II. OBJETIVOS 1. Conocer y comprender el rol que las organizaciones internacionales juegan en el plano internacional. 2. Adquirir las herramientas teoricas para entender el comportamiento de las organizaciones internacionales. 3. Analizar la influencia e impacto de las organizaciones internacionales en el desarrollo de la vida politica. III. CONTENIDOS 1.
